Adjustable CDI Unit – 5-pin (for 4-stroke engines)

Application: Suitable for many Chinese 4-stroke motorcycles, dirt bikes, quads, pit bikes, and Honda Dax/Monkey replicas with a 5-pin connection.

Description:

This high-quality CDI unit features an adjustable ignition curve and rev limiter. Using the built-in DIP switches, you can easily set the maximum RPM and choose from different ignition curves.

Features:

  • 5-pin connection

  • Adjustable rev limiter: 4000 to 12,000 RPM

  • 8 ignition curves available via DIP switches #1, #2, and #3

  • Race/limitation mode via switch #4

     

    • Position up = Limiter active (RPM adjustable)

    • Position down = Race mode (full curve control)

     

  • Visual LED indicator on the circuit board

  • Pre-programmed combinations of ignition curves & rev limits

 

Example settings (with #4 up = limited):

 

  1. Only #4 on: 4000 RPM

  2. #1 and #4 on: 6000 RPM

  3. #2 and #4 on: 7000 RPM

  4. #1, #2 and #4 on: 8000 RPM

  5. #3 and #4 on: 9000 RPM

  6. #1, #3 and #4 on: 10,000 RPM

  7. #2, #3 and #4 on: 11,000 RPM

  8. #1, #2, #3 and #4 on: 12,000 RPM
