Complete 125cc Engine Block + Carburetor Set (Black)

Complete set consisting of a 125cc horizontal engine block including VM24 carburetor kit, intake manifold, and air filter. Ideal as an upgrade or replacement for an original engine block.

  • 24mm carburetor

  • Air filter (K&N type – remove protective film before use)

General information

This engine block is equipped with a manual clutch (hand clutch) and features 4 gears with shift pattern:
1 – neutral – 2 – 3 – 4 (1N234)

The block is designed as a direct replacement for standard horizontal engine blocks and can in most cases be connected to the original wiring harness.

Installation

Thanks to the standard mounting points, this engine block usually fits into the frame without modifications.

Connecting:

  • Mount carburetor on the manifold
  • Connect exhaust to the cylinder head
  • Electrical connection via existing wiring harness
  • Mount air filter on carburetor

Depending on the model, minor adjustments to wiring or connections may be needed.

Running in

Allow the engine block to gently reach operating temperature and avoid high revs and heavy loads during the first rides.

Drive varied so that the internal parts can run in correctly and change the factory oil after the first usage period of 200 - 300km

Starting

This engine block is equipped with a kickstarter and does not have an electric start. Thanks to the configuration, it usually starts easily.
